We offer a variety of seasonal dishes featuring local products. In fact, we are the proud producers of many ingredients served. Guests can savour our tasty Dexter beef from the cattle raised and grazed on our land. Likewise there is a variety of seasonal vegetables grown in our garden and the Merlot red wine we have been producing for more than 15 years from our vineyards.
In our kitchen we prioritise the taste of home and take the utmost care in the flavours used to create our traditional Mediterranean dishes. These traditions are complemented by dashes of innovation and seasonal products. All of this is offered in a unique environment where diners can enjoy the spacious terrace, overlooking the countryside and vineyards, in summer or the comfortable restaurant lounge in winter. Our wish is to showcase the tastes of our land and the feeling of family.
