For hotel reservations: In the event of cancellation by the customer:
- If you cancel less than 10 days in advance, you will lose the required payment of the total booking amount.
- From 11 to 20 days in advance, you may choose to change the date within the next 6 months, keeping the deposit you have paid, or receive a refund of 40% of the total booking amount. If the accommodation is closed during this period, the first 3 months after it reopens will be taken into account.
- Between 31 and 30 days in advance, you may choose to change the date within the next 6 months, keeping the deposit you have paid, or receive a 60% refund of the total amount of your booking.
-More than 31 days in advance, you can choose to change the dates during the same season or receive a full refund.
In the event of cancellation by Son Menut SL:
In any case, if the cancellation must be made by Son Menut SL, the total amount of the booking will be refunded.
For horse riding reservations: In the event of cancellation by the customer:
- If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will lose the activity and no refund will be made.
- If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before the activity, you may change the dates within the same month as the booked activity. It is not transferable from person to person.
More than 21 days in advance, you may choose to change the dates during the same season or receive a refund of the deposit.
- All our horse riding activities are non-refundable.
- In the case of the Summer Camp, it is a completely non-refundable activity.
Only in the event that the child has started the activity and suffers an accident or illness during the week, you may request a voucher from the day after the incident, in order to keep this amount as credit for 1 year and use it for any of our Son Menut SL activities.
In the event of cancellation by Son Menut SL: If the cancellation must be made by Son Menut SL, you may choose one of two options: a full refund of the booking amount or a second booking using the corresponding amount of the previous booking cancelled by Son Menut SL in favour of the customer.
For restaurant reservations: - Our reservations for daily restaurant tables do not require any payment, so they can be cancelled free of charge. - In the case of group or event reservations, the established cancellation policy is determined for each group/event.
